I was told the warranty was one year when Jason diagnosed the problem and when he fixed the problem. When I received the invoice the warranty period was three months. If I knew this up front I would’ve looked for another provider.

CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is leaking water. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply line for leaks, no leaks at the refrigerator water supply line. Inspected internal water refrigerator water lines for leaks, internal refrigerator water line are normal at the time of inspection. Inspected refrigerator defrost drain line for water leaks, found the source of the leak coming from the refrigerator defrost drain. Removed freezer panel to inspect for clogged drain line. Found the defrost drain restricted with ice and debris. CORRECTION: Cleared the refrigerator defrost drain of ice and debris, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not getting down to proper temperature. CAUSE: Found condenser coils very dirty. CORRECTION: Cleaned condenser coils. NOTE: All functions of the unit are working properly, since condenser coils will not allow for proper heat dissipation this may be the sole cause of this issue. Should unit not cool to proper temp after cleaning, tech will need to return for further dianosis.
Installed new light bulb housing and light bulb underneath microwave.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator is not working properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected refrigerator for proper voltage supply, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage from terminal block to control, voltage is normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage from control to DC inverter, found voltage supply to the inverter normal however no voltage coming out of the inverter to the compressor. Found compressor inverter control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced compressor inverter control board and tested. Operation now normal.
Installed dryer vent duct hose. Customer supplied duct hose. Removed stuck wash plate.
CONCERN: Customer reports ice maker is not making ice. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected water supply lines for leaks, no leaks from supply lines at the time of inspection. Inspected freezer for proper temperature output, temperature output in freezer normal at the time of inspection. Inspected for proper voltage to the ice maker, voltage to ice maker is normal at the time of inspection. Found voltage to the Ice maker normal however ice maker will not call for water from the refrigerator water valve. Found the ice maker failed. CORRECTION: Replaced ice maker and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion. CONCERN: Customer reports microwave is not working properly. CAUSE: Tested Microwave door switches for continuity, found microwave interlock door switches have electrical short and failed. CORRECTION: Replace microwave interlock door switches and tested. Operation now normal. ADVISED: many parts for this model are no longer available.
CONCERN: Customer reports Garbage disposal is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Technician inspected wall outlet for proper voltage, voltage at the wall is normal. Found garbage disposal motor locked up. CORRECTION: Replaced garbage disposal and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports refrigerator not cooling. CAUSE: Found defrost drain froze up which allowed ice to build up along the back wall and freeze up the evaporator fan. CORRECTION: Let ice defrost for a couple days and installed a drain heat probe and a braided heater line and tested. Operation now normal. Evaporator fan was tested as well and operation is normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports Freezer is icing over CAUSE: Found bad Evaporator Fan Cover CORRECTION: Replaced Freezer Evaporator Fan Cover Assembly and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports Garbage disposal is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Technician inspected wall outlet for proper voltage, voltage at the wall is normal. Found garbage disposal motor locked up. CORRECTION: Replaced garbage disposal and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports oven is not working. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected oven for proper wall outlet voltage to the oven, Output voltage normal at the time of inspection. Inspected voltage input at the main control board, input voltage to the main control board normal at the time of inspection. Found oven main control board failed. CORRECTION: Replaced Main Control Board with front display and tested, operation now normal.
CONCERN: Washer is not draining or spinning DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Inspected washer for proper output voltage from washer control to the washer motor, voltage output is normal at the time of testing. Inspected washer pump, Found washer pump failure. CORRECTION: Replaced washer pump and tested. Operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
CONCERN: Customer reports Refrigerator is not cooling properly. DIAGNOSTIC AND CAUSE: Test compressor operation to see if the compressor was running. Compressor was not running. Tested for voltage from adaptive defrost control board to compressor. No voltage from the main control board to the compressor. Cause of failure found ADC main control board shorted at the output line voltage to the compressor. CORRECTION: Replaced ADC main control board and tested. Operation now normal.
CONCERN: Customer reports washer is not turning on. CAUSE: Found washer power connections to the user interface board where disconnected. CORRECTION: Reconnected the unplugged wires and tested, operation now normal. No leaks upon completion.
